Q1: What is a Rebate Program?
Ans: A program to reward customers who purchase our products.
Q2: How does Rebate Program work?
Ans: Customers will be entitled to a 5% rebate value on every $80 nett purchase (excluding postage charge) which can be redeem on the same purchase. For example, if you purchase $100, you will be entitled to a $5 rebate value which you can redeem and will only need to pay $95 for the same purchase.
Q3: When can I use my rebate value?
Ans: You can redeem your rebate value on the same purchase.
Q4: Is the rebate program applicable during sales or any promotion period? E.g. Great Singapore Sales or festive season promotion?
Ans: No. The rebate program is only applicable to nett price purchase.
Q5: Can I transfer my rebate value to another person?
Ans: No. We do not allow customer to transfer their rebate value.
